High-concentration ozone generators for water treatment, disinfection, and industrial applications. Scalable from 20 to 500 g/hr. Engineered and manufactured in India.
Up to 20 wt% ozone concentration — highest available from a compact ceramic DBD reactor. More ozone per unit of oxygen and energy consumed.
Oxygen consumption varies linearly with ozone output — unlike conventional systems that run at constant flow. Half the energy, half the running cost.
Start with a 20 g/hr standard unit. Add electrode cells to reach 100 g/hr with the same PCB. Upgrade to 500 g/hr with enhanced electronics. No over-buying.
Robust all-aluminium ceramic DBD cell design. High gas pressure prevents contamination. Zero scheduled cleaning. Maximum uptime with minimal maintenance.
Power electronics and DBD cells cooled internally. No external air-conditioning or chiller required. Smaller footprint, lower infrastructure cost.
Designed and manufactured in Chennai by VIOMAX Enviro Solutions. Local support, fast delivery, and competitive pricing for Indian and export markets.

How VIOMAX converts oxygen into high-concentration ozone with less energy, no fragile glass components, and no scheduled maintenance.
Ozone (O₃) is produced by passing oxygen (O₂) through a high-frequency electrical discharge field — known as Dielectric Barrier Discharge (DBD) or cold plasma.
In VIOMAX generators, ceramic plates act as the dielectric barrier between two electrodes. When high-voltage, high-frequency AC is applied, a corona discharge forms in the gap — dissociating O₂ molecules into oxygen radicals, which then recombine into O₃.
The square-geometry cell design in VIOMAX units creates a uniform discharge field across the full electrode surface — unlike cylindrical glass tubes where the field is concentrated and uneven. This uniformity means more ozone per watt of electricity and per cubic metre of oxygen consumed.
Ceramic DBD Cell — Cross Section
VIOMAX produces ozone up to 20 wt% — compared to 8–14 wt% from conventional glass-tube systems. Higher concentration means better water dissolution and less oxygen wasted.
Ceramic dielectric does not crack, degrade, or require periodic replacement — unlike glass tubes. VIOMAX cells are designed for years of continuous operation with no cell maintenance.
The core PCB and electronics are engineered to drive up to 5 cells — scaling from 20 g/hr to 100 g/hr simply by adding ceramic DBD cell modules. No redesign. No new board.
VIOMAX ozone generators serve industries where clean water, safe food, and hygienic environments are non-negotiable.
Ozone is one of the most powerful oxidisers available for wastewater treatment. VIOMAX systems are used for BOD/COD reduction, colour removal from textile effluent, pharmaceutical wastewater, and CPCB/SPCB-compliant discharge treatment.
The VM-20 is the preferred choice for ozone therapy clinics, hospitals, and wellness centres. Precision output control, medical-grade oxygen inlet, and quiet operation make it ideal for clinical environments.
Ozone water treatment in recirculating aquaculture systems (RAS) has been proven to increase fish growth rates, reduce mortality, and improve water quality — reducing the frequency of water exchanges and lowering operating costs.
Advanced ozone generation technology, engineered and manufactured in India — for India and the world.
VIOMAX Enviro Solutions Pvt. Ltd. was founded with a singular mission: to make advanced ozone generation technology accessible, affordable, and practical for Indian industry.
Our team of engineers developed the VIOMAX VM Series around Ceramic Dielectric Barrier Discharge technology — a significant step beyond the conventional glass-tube generators that dominate the market. The result is a system that produces higher ozone concentrations, consumes less energy and oxygen, and requires virtually no maintenance.
Every VIOMAX generator is designed, assembled, and tested at our facility in Chennai, Tamil Nadu. We serve customers across India and export to neighbouring markets, with applications spanning water treatment, healthcare, food processing, aquaculture, and industrial disinfection.
We believe India deserves world-class ozone technology, designed and built locally. Every VIOMAX unit is a step toward cleaner water and healthier environments.
